The Residential 5 Year Warranty and the 1 Year Commercial Warranty do not apply to damage caused by Acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship of the original product.

The 5 Year Warranty does not apply to damages caused by Acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship of the original product.  The 5 Year Warranty does not cover regular maintenance of the refrigeration system, refrigerant, vibration, noise, or anything unrelated to the cooling performance inside the refrigerated wine space. The 5 Year Warranty does not cover refrigeration condensate pumps, cleaning the condensate lines, or condensate float switches.   (1) Client is required to provide proof that the refrigeration system has been regularly serviced every year by a licensed refrigeration contractor. If maintenance records are not provided for annual service, the 5 Year Warranty is voided.  (2) Spray foam shrinkage, gaps in spray foam, areas of less than 2 1/2″ thick, are covered. Damage to spray foam from Acts of God, or damage by the Client or the Client’s representatives are not covered under this warranty. Cave a’ Vin is not responsible for repair or replacement of wall or ceiling materials or finishes, other than standard sheetrock and paint.
