After years of carefree operation my wine cellar began exhibiting progressive condensation and water began dripping onto the bottles and racking. There was a flaw in air conditioning unit and it was necessary to rebuild the cellar’s refrigeration system and provide better insulation. My cellar needed to be dissembled and completely rebuilt. I was fortunate enough at this difficult time to be referred to Craig Taylor. He lovingly took down the racking without damaging it. He then replastered, repainted, reassembled, and restored my cellar to its former glory.

He did this efficiently and economically with a beautiful final result and even upgraded the cellar’s lighting. I could not have found a better craftsman and I have a deep gratitude for Craig Taylor’s expertise with wine cellars.

One of the most talked about and impressive elements of my house is my wine cellar. I worked directly with Craig on the design and he created one of the most impressive cellars I’ve seen and I’m so thankful it’s in my house.
