After years of carefree operation my wine cellar began exhibiting progressive condensation and water began dripping onto the bottles and racking. There was a flaw in air conditioning unit and it was necessary to rebuild the cellar’s refrigeration system and provide better insulation. My cellar needed to be dissembled and completely rebuilt. He then replastered, repainted, reassembled, and restored my cellar to its former glory. Craig began his career building high quality furniture and built ins for area decorators and designers. He has been flown to many other countries building some of the finest cellars, saunas and humidors around the world.

Paul Wiezorek – Owner

Paul is a Florida licensed contractor, and started his own custom home design and construction company in 2011. You’ll talk to Paul when you are interested in adding a wine cellar, sauna or humidor to your home.
