  • Closed cell spray foam insulation in 2x4 walls with no electrical or plumbing interferance, or 2x6 walls which would allow some electrical boxes.
  • Wall framing, blocking, and closed-cell spray-foam insulation depth guidelines.
  • Refrigeration line-set routing, dedicated circuit specs for amps and voltage, and remote condenser placement parameters.
  • Condensate drain line planning and glass specifications.

  • Minimum practical space guidance (e.g., 4'-6"x 4'-6" minimum footprint and 7' ceiling heights).
